The European Year of Digital Citizenship Education 2025 (#DCEY2025) is a highlight of the Council of Europe’s Digital Citizenship Education Project.
The aim of #DCEY2025 is to promote digital citizenship and to address the challenges and opportunities of the digital environment in education systems. polis is accompanying the DCE year with monthly dossiers based on the ten dimensions of the Digital Citizenship Education Handbook. These are divided into three blocks: “Being online”, “Well-being on the internet” and “Rights on the internet”.
